Daryl Parks Announces $1.75M Fundraising Haul In Competitive District 3 State Senate Race

TALLAHASSEE, FL – Today, prominent civil rights attorney and small businessman, Daryl Parks, announced he has raised more than $1.75 million for the cycle to date, with over $365,000 of that coming in the month of October so far.

In response, Daryl Parks released the following statement:

“These fundraising numbers again demonstrate that Florida’s working families are ready for change in Tallahassee. Change begins with firing Corey Simon and electing a State Senator with the courage and experience necessary to put solutions ahead of culture wars and stop Florida’s decline into one of the most unaffordable states in the country. No more corporate handouts while working families struggle with the rising costs of groceries, housing, healthcare and defunded public schools thanks to legislation passed by Corey Simon. North Florida deserves better and I’m ready to be their champion.”

Since filing in April, Parks has had over 2,600 unique donors, including almost 1,963 donations that were $100 or less.

Parks has been a community leader, advocate, and outspoken voice for change for nearly 30 years. As a State Senator, Parks will prioritize fighting to lower costs for hardworking families, expanding access to quality affordable healthcare, ensuring women can make their own healthcare decisions and reversing the impacts of extreme policies supported by Simon that have prioritized culture wars ahead of the everyday needs and allow rising costs that are squeezing working families.
